Terms and Conditions

Note: STRICTLY NO PRINTED VOUCHER, NO BOARDING.

  1. You are REQUIRED to arrive at least one (1) hour before your departure time. This is to give ample time for your check-in and boarding. Please proceed to Ticketing Booth for your boarding pass and gate assignment. Seats will be automatically released and you will already be considered as a no-show should you not arrive on time. Kindly present the departure and return voucher (if roundtrip) to the ticketing booth for validation and confirmation of reservation.
  2. Please bring your valid ID. JAC LINER, INC. reserves the right to refuse boarding passengers with no valid identification cards and (if applicable) charge for deducted discounts if declared a student, senior citizen or PWD during purchase of online Booking.
    • For PWDs, please bring a valid PWD ID.
    • For Senior Citizens, please bring Senior ID or any valid government issued ID with date of birth.
    • For students, you must present your physical and valid School ID for the current semester/school year. Failure to present this upon check-in will require you to be charged of the fair difference from the regular fare. Student discount doesn’t apply to post graduate students, those taking masteral and doctorate studies and foreign students who are not studying in the Philippines.
  3. For those who will bringing their pets: Under LTFRB MC NO. 2019-019, Animals inside Public Utility Vehicles are allowed provided the following conditions are met:
    1. Pets must be put inside carriers/cages and placed at the designated animal compartment of the PUV, Should there be other passenger inside the PUV.
    2. If there are no other passengers , pets may be allowed to be carried by the owner so long as said animals are free from foul odor and that he/she maintains cleanliness and sanitation taking into consideration the next riding passenger. Further, the possessor or pet owner shall be responsible for the damage that the pet may cause, including the cleaning and sanitation of the PUV, as may be necessary, and
    3. Safety, convenience and comfort of the passengers shall not in any way be Sacrificed.
      Nevertheless, the Company reserves the right to refuse any animal on board if, in its sole discretion, the safety or convenience of the passenger will be compromised.
  4. Carry-on allowance is for one baggage only. Charges may apply for extra luggage stowed in the bus compartment.
  5. Non-refundable/Cancellation: This ticket shall be non-refundable except for cancellations/changes made by JAC Liner, Inc. in cases of force majeure or for your safety. JAC Liner, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or change its schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen events or force majeure. In such cases, you shall then be notified and entitled to a refund or rebooking to the next available trip free-of-charge.
  6. Rebooking requests, whether walk-in or online, must be made 24 hours prior to departure subject to a 10% service charge. You are entitled to rebook your trip once and the new desired date must be within 3 months (90 days) from the original departure date. ONLY these cases will be accommodated at terminals or thru Biyaheroes. Otherwise, kindly email jacgcares@gmail.com. Failure to appear or notify us on or prior to your departure time shall be considered as NO SHOW and will render this ticket null and void.
    1. For Walk-in Reservations: Please bring your original booking confirmation to be surrendered at your origin terminal indicated on your voucher. Strictly no original booking confirmation, no rebooking.
    2. For online bookings: Rebooking is subject to a 10% fee from total fare + processing fee if settled via PayPal, credit/debit card, or Gcash whichever applies. Rebooking requests can only be processed during office hours, 9AM-9PM. Please email them to support@biyaheroes.com. For phone inquiries, you may call (0917) 535-1501 from 12NN to 9PM (Standard Philippine Time), Mondays-Sundays.
  7. Lost Ticket. The company will not provide replacements or refunds for lost passenger tickets due to any reason. Passengers will need to purchase a new ticket at the regular fare in such cases.
  8. Service charge and payment processing fee for online reservations are non-Refundable.
  9. Non-transferable. This ticket is non-transferable. If this ticket is presented by some person other than the person whose name is indicated on this ticket, JAC Liner, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to board said person, and should retain and confiscate the said ticket so presented. However, in a scenario where some person other than the person entitled to board the bus presents and is able to travel pursuant to this ticket, or is given a refund in connection therewith, JAC Liner, Inc. shall not be held liable to the person so entitled for any claims or damages as a result of said use.
  10. Schedules may change without prior notice, especially if due to unforeseen events, such as but not limited to: Weather changes in NCR and Region 4: Southern Tagalog (CALABARZON), road conditions, holidays, and/or maintenance and security measures. In case of unforeseen events, unless a notice of trip cancellation is released, all trips are assumed OPERATIONAL. Rebooking request of affected passengers due to the result of these events (i.e., Flood on certain areas, cancellation of flights, ets.) are subject to special approval and must be emailed within 48 hours for walk-in to jacgcares@gmail.com or if online to support@biyaheroes.com. It must also be consumed within 90 days from original date of departure.
  11. Our buses always undergo regular preventive maintenance to ensure roadworthiness. However, in cases of mechanical breakdown, rescue unit may be of a different type, in such case the fare balance between bus classes shall be credited to your Biyaheroes account as travel credit and will be applicable to your next booking.
  12. Failure to choose the correct passenger type during the booking process would automatically be subjected to regular fares.
  13. Price may change without prior notice.
  14. Any changes in the confirmed booking such as date, passenger details, etc. will be considered under the rebooking process and is subject to corresponding rebooking fee/s.

Passengers that are five years old and above are considered full paying. Discounted fare may be availed for students with valid school IDs, kindly select student as the type of passengers at the passenger details form.
